Use Polar's customer portal
- Open Polar purchases.
- Sign in with the same adult email address used at checkout.
- Open the matching order or downloadable benefit and download the file.
Also search your inbox and spam folder for the Polar transaction email.
If you still cannot access the file
Use the contact form with the book title, approximate purchase date, and the email address you intended to use. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or a copy of the purchased file.
Corrected or replaced files
When a purchased file is materially corrected, we aim to preserve valid purchase access through Polar. Support can help identify the current customer-facing version.
