Digital Page & Purpose purchases are completed through Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and refund processing under its terms and applicable law.
Requesting a refund
If a file is defective, duplicated, not as described, or inaccessible, first see download help. For a refund request, reply to the Polar receipt or use the Page & Purpose contact form with the purchase email and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
How requests are handled
Refunds are not promised or refused automatically. Polar may issue refunds, including within its documented refund window, at its discretion and as required by applicable consumer law. A full refund may revoke access to the purchased download.
Digital delivery and withdrawal rights
The hosted Polar checkout provides the controlling purchase, instant-delivery, refund, and any applicable digital-content withdrawal disclosures. Review that language before completing checkout. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
